Aspartame (E951, CAS 22839-47-0) is a high-intensity sweetener approximately 200 times sweeter than sucrose, supplied as white crystalline powder or granular form by SUNWAY. Designed for industrial clients in the beverage, confectionery, and dietary supplement sectors, it provides a sucrose-like taste profile with reduced caloric contribution. Our production follows food-grade specifications, with batch testing conducted before release to ensure consistency across orders.

SUNWAY aspartame is manufactured in facilities compliant with food safety management systems. Key compliance documents available for enterprise customers include:
· Halal certification for Muslim-majority market exports
· Specification aligned with FCC (Food Chemicals Codex) and Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) requirements
· Batch-to-batch consistency verified through in-house QC and third-party laboratory testing
· Export documentation including CO, phytosanitary certificate, and bill of lading prepared for each shipment
Our standard MOQ is 1×20ft container, but trial orders of 100kg are available for qualified business buyers to evaluate production suitability.
Aspartame itself does not contain common allergens such as gluten, dairy, or soy. However, clients with specific allergen control requirements should request a full allergen statement before formulation.
Aspartame is stable under neutral pH conditions but may degrade at high temperatures above 150°C. For baked goods, we recommend evaluating stevia or sucralose as alternative sweeteners, or post-process addition methods.
Each shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, Certificate of Analysis, and Halal certificate (where applicable). Additional documentation for specific import markets can be arranged upon request.
